Back to Blighty

Back to good old blighty where the weather this last week has been kind to all us outdoor types, so it was off to my local site situated just on the edge of the North york moors looking north-North East to Teeside and Teesport.
Arrived early Tuesday morning 0815, I tried the Northerly site Model ridge first but the wind was to far off to the North East, so packed the glider away and had a nice walk up onto Cringle moor, Where you can see in the picture above I took off in a small bowl just below the summit, having the the ridge to myself and the power of the Sun, Some cloth and Line lets you escape earth's pull and enjoy the freedom of flight like a bird.
